Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Linc Coach subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Lincoln AI Support.

When you cancel a subscription:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
You will continue to have access to Linc Coach features and services through the end of that billing period.
Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current billing period expires.

Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

Lincoln AI does not provide:

Refunds for partial subscription periods.
Prorated refunds for unused time.
Refunds due to reduced usage or non-use of the service.
Refunds for failure to cancel prior to a renewal date.

Monthly and annual subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable subscription term.

Billing Errors and Exceptional Circumstances

Lincoln AI may issue a refund, credit, or other adjustment at its sole discretion in situations including:

Duplicate charges.
Incorrect billing due to a system error.
Unauthorized charges that are verified by Lincoln AI.
Other circumstances where Lincoln AI determines that a refund is appropriate.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, any applicable subscription fees will be charged when the trial or promotional period ends unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date.

Changes to This Policy

Lincoln AI may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on the Linc Coach website and will become effective upon posting.
