Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of Lincoln Learning Solutions’ facilities ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly. This includes carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and ground keeping.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills
- Proven maintenance management experience
- Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and other technical aspects. Certification in electric and plumbing is a plus.
- Skilled in using hand and power towels
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings
- Act 153, Act 126, and Act 168
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and enforce maintenance protocols to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Monitor expenses.
- Keep track of equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain eMaintenance system by making sure all tickets are responded to.
- Any other additional tasks or directions given by the Executive of Operations and/or the Executive Team.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
