Reports to: Finance Manager


Job Summary

To assist finance manager in all financial areas (inventory management, report writing, etc.)


Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in Finance/Accounting (2-4 years inventory experience preferred)
  • Efficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred knowledge in SQL
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus
  • Act 153 and Act 168

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • In charge of inventory management (purchasing, analysis, etc.)
  • Assist with report writing for data analysis
  • Perform any additional duties as needed by the Finance Manager

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
